1 Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of key terms used in this document are clarified below. These definitions apply throughout the Terms.

1.1 "Platform"

1.2 "Member" or "User"

Any individual who holds a registered account on the 83bd platform and uses its services.

1.3 "Services"

The amount of money placed by a Member to participate in a specific game or event.

1.5 "Bonus Funds"

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 Identity Verification

83bd reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Security & Password

3.1 Password Protection

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. You are strongly advised not to share your password with anyone. If you believe someone has obtained your password, change it immediately and notify the 83bd support team.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Logging into another person's account is also prohibited.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support immediately. SSL encryption is always used to protect accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply when depositing funds to 83bd:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
• You must use an account registered in your own name when making a deposit — deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• Please include the correct reference number when making a deposit, otherwise the credit may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be followed for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Completing identity verification speeds up the withdrawal process.

4.3 Rejection of Deposits & Withdrawals

83bd reserves the right to reject a deposit or withdrawal in any of the following situations: if account verification is incomplete, if there is suspicion of irregular activity, or if a third-party account is being used.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → Maximum bonus of ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirement is 15x — this applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

83bd closely monitors any attempts to abuse bonuses. The following behaviour may result in bonus cancellation:

• Claiming the same bonus using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus conditions through coordinated betting strategies (arbitrage).
• Providing false identity for the purpose of bonus abuse.

5.4 VIP Program

83bd's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Promotion to higher tiers is based on regular and active play.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All games on the 83bd platform are operated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. No game result is predetermined.

6.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, 83bd will make a decision based on the last valid state recorded in the server logs. In such situations, the wager may be cancelled and refunded.

6.3 Betting Limits

Specific betting limits are set for each game or betting market, and these are displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.

6.4 Sports Betting

Common bet types are available in sports betting markets, such as match winner, total runs, wicket markets, and more. If a match is abandoned or uncertain, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 83bd platform, and if such behaviour is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed:

• Claiming bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a game.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Members' accounts.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's systems or security.

8 Responsible Gaming

83bd believes that recreational gaming should be enjoyable and should never become a problem. We place the highest importance on the mental and financial wellbeing of every Member.

8.1 Self-Imposed Limits

Members may set deposit, loss, or session time limits on their account. This feature will be activated through the support team upon the Member's request.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a Member feels that their gaming habits are going out of control, they may apply to have their account closed for a specified period or permanently. This request should be sent to support ([email protected]).

83bd may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Refusal to verify identity.
• Account inactive for an extended period (after a specified time).

10.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is not closed due to a valid violation, remaining real funds (excluding bonuses) may be requested for withdrawal by contacting the support team.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

83bd always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, third-party technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances. 83bd will not be held liable in such cases.

11.2 Responsibility for Gaming Decisions
